Membership
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up for a membership through our website, mobile app, or by visiting our gym in person. Simply select your preferred membership plan, complete the registration form, and make your payment.
What membership plans are available?
We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month membership plans. All plans require one-time full payment upfront. Each plan comes with full access to our facilities, equipment, and classes.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, each membership is entitled to one (1) freeze request during its active period, subject to a one-time processing fee of RM150. Freeze duration depends on your membership type: 3-month (up to 3 months), 6-month (up to 6 months), and 12-month (up to 12 months). 1-month memberships are not eligible for freeze.
What is the cancellation policy?
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, including early termination, voluntary cancellation, or dissatisfaction with services. Memberships cannot be paused or extended without a formal freeze request.
Do you offer trial passes?
Please contact us directly to inquire about trial pass availability. We may offer promotional trial periods from time to time.
Classes & Training
How do I book a class?
You can book classes through our mobile app or website. Simply browse available classes, select your preferred time slot, and confirm your booking. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Can I cancel a class booking?
Yes, you can cancel your class booking through the app or website. Please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts to avoid any penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of fitness classes including strength training, cardio, yoga, HIIT, and specialized programs. Check our app or website for the current class schedule and descriptions.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, we offer personal training sessions with certified trainers. Personal training packages can be purchased separately. Contact us or visit our gym to learn more about available trainers and packages.
How do I enroll in a class?
Enrollment is done through our mobile app or website. Simply select the class you want to join, check availability, and complete your booking. Some classes may require prior registration or have limited spots.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, cash, and QR payment. Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Revenue Monster).
When is payment due?
All fees must be paid in advance. For new memberships, payment is due at the time of registration. For renewals, payment should be made before your current membership expires.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Memberships are available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans, with payment made via one-time full payment. We do not offer monthly installment plans.
What happens if my payment fails?
If payment fails during an active contract, your access will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid in full. Reactivation is only permitted after full payment of all dues.
Do you offer refunds?
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, including early termination, voluntary cancellation, or dissatisfaction with services or facilities.
Facilities & Equipment
What equipment do you have?
We feature premium gym equipment including free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and functional training areas. Our facility is equipped with world-class equipment to support all fitness goals.
Do you have locker rooms?
Yes, we have locker rooms with secure lockers for your belongings. Please bring your own lock or purchase one at the front desk.
Is parking available?
Parking availability may vary. Please contact us or check with our staff for current parking information and availability.
What are your operating hours?
We are open everyday from 6 AM to 1 AM. Please note that hours may vary on public holidays.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have shower facilities in our locker rooms for your convenience.
Access & Key Fob
How do I get my key fob?
Each member will be issued one (1) key fob upon registration for gym access. You can collect your key fob at the front desk after completing your membership registration.
What if I lose my key fob?
In the event of a lost or misplaced key fob, a replacement fee of RM30 will be charged. Faulty or defective key fobs may be replaced free of charge, subject to staff inspection and approval.
Can I access the gym 24/7?
No, access is only permitted during official operating hours (Everyday | 6 AM - 1 AM). All members are required to scan their key fob at the front desk to gain entry.
Do I need to scan my key fob every time?
Yes, all members are required to scan their key fob at the front desk to gain entry into the gym. If you forget your key fob, you must provide relevant personal information (e.g., IC number) for staff to verify that your membership is active.
General
What is your age requirement?
Members must be 16 years or older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Do you have a dress code?
Proper gym attire and footwear must be worn at all times. Sandals are not allowed. We recommend comfortable workout clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes.
Can I bring a guest?
Guest policies may vary. Please contact us or check with our staff for current guest pass availability and policies.
Do you offer corporate memberships?

How do I update my information?
