DELETE YOUR
ACCOUNT

If you still have the X Fitness app installed, this is the fastest route. Your identity is verified automatically by your login.

1. 01Open the X Fitness app and sign in.
2. 02Go to Profile → Settings.
3. 03Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
4. 04Enter your registered email, phone number and password to confirm.
5. 05Tick both acknowledgements, then submit.

Already uninstalled the app, or can't sign in? Send us a deletion request by email. We will verify your identity against our membership records before processing.

This opens your email app with the request pre-filled. If the button does not work, email xfitness.my@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request - X Fitness App” and include your full name, registered email, registered mobile number, and the last 4 characters of your NRIC or passport.

The following are permanently and irreversibly erased once your request is approved:

Malaysian law does not allow us to erase everything. The following is kept even after deletion, in a restricted archive that is no longer linked to an active account:

Note: IC and passport images are already deleted automatically within 24–48 hours of verification under our “Verify & Purge” protocol, so there is nothing left to remove.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

• —Your gym access will stop immediately — your face will no longer open the gate.
• —Unused personal-training credits, walk-in passes and referral rewards are forfeited.
• —Any active membership commitment or outstanding balance must be settled first.
• —Recurring payment authorisations are cancelled; you will not be billed again.
• —You will need to register as a new member, and re-enroll your face, to return.

If you only want to pause your membership rather than erase it, contact us instead — we can deactivate your account and keep your history.

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are verified and actioned within 21 days of receipt, in line with our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

We will confirm by email once your data has been erased. If we cannot verify that the request came from the account holder, we will contact you for further proof of identity rather than delete the wrong account.
